School Bus Tracking by City

School bus rules are not the same everywhere in India. They can change from state to state and from city to city. For example, Maharashtra changed its school bus rules on 16 July 2026, and in Pune the district committee and the RTO have also given directions. Schools in other states follow other orders.

So we write one page for each city, and only when we have real, sourced facts for it. Each city page shows the rules and the authorities that apply there, with the source and the date we checked. It also shows what different school set-ups need, such as schools with their own buses and schools that use a contractor, and answers to questions that people from that city ask.

My School Ride is a school bus tracking system from Satcop India Pvt. Ltd, with a parent app, a GPS device on the bus, RFID attendance and optional cameras. Satcop India is a Pune-based GPS and telematics company founded in 2009, with its head office in Pune. We do not have a page for every city yet. Where a city page is listed below, we visit and demo in that city. If your city is not listed, tell us where you are and we will say whether we can visit.

How it works in any city

We do not run a separate shop in each city. We work from our head office in Pune and travel to your school for a live demo.

1. Choose your city. Open its page below, or tell us your city if it is not listed.
2. Tell us about your school and when you are free. The booking form asks for your name, school or company, city, phone number and preferred week.
3. We confirm the visit. We write back with the day.
4. See it live. We show the parent app, the map, attendance and the reports, and you can ask the questions from your city page.

How do I book a demo for my school?

Use the "Book a demo" button, or call or WhatsApp us on the numbers above. Tell us your city, how many buses you run and the week you are free, and we will confirm the visit. If your city is not listed, tell us and we will say whether we can visit.

Do school bus rules change from city to city?

They can. Rules come from the state government and sometimes from a district committee, the police or the RTO. In Maharashtra, the Government Gazette of 16 July 2026 sets the state rules, and Pune has added directions of its own. Each city page names its sources and the date we checked. Please confirm with your own RTO.

Why is my city not listed?

We add a city only when we can show rules, authorities and answers that are true for that city, with sources and dates. A page that only changes the city name would not help you. Write to us if you want your city looked at next.
